Can get password reminder email

I have sent in several request to restore my password so I can use this app again and several times I am not able to use it. Ive never gotten an email. I try to contact the company Ive sent them an email it wont let me send the email. I dont know whats wrong with this app but its not working for me!! Please fix it or Im deleting it.
